For over 40 years Landini has been developing collections for the great Italian and international fashion houses, always keeping a keen eye on quality and detail.
Landini's is first and foremost a family story, rooted in the second half of the last century. A journey of entrepreneurship, ingenuity and dedication, which today translates into collections that blend heritage, innovation and trend.
The beginnings: spirit
and intuition
The adventure took shape in 1980 with the founding of the wool mill by Mauro Landini and other partners.
Thus was born Manifattura Bellaria: a name inspired by a journey along the A14 motorway and the belief that even a sign of destiny can accompany success. In Prato, on Via di Gello, an important production of regenerated wool fabrics came to life — an authentic expression of the local textile tradition.
The generational
transition
In 1989 Francesco Landini, a young textile expert and Mauro's son, joined the company. Sensitive to market changes, he anticipated the evolution of the fashion industry early on.
As early as the 1990s he began developing his own collections, marking a new stylistic direction for the company.
The birth
of Landini srl
In 2005 Mauro and Francesco, together with his sister Donata, took over the company, which became a true family business. On 1 January 2006 Landini Srl was officially established, with its headquarters in the Macrolotto area of Prato.
In the following years the company grew rapidly: new premises, expanded production facilities and a dedicated warehouse testify to steady, structured growth.
A significant part of our production is exported worldwide. Landini fabrics are chosen by numerous international fashion brands.
Frequent research trips across Europe, the United States and the East contribute to creating a true melting pot of inspirations, fuelling a global and contemporary vision.
